Strategy.co.id. Optimism is the initial capital to navigate the challenges ahead. We never know what it is like in front. In addition, it is important that one another relate to one another, synergize with mutual awareness to create a better Indonesia. One of the things that must be prepared is superior human resources, who are able to face global challenges.
This was stated by Yanti Febriana Anggiesta, President Director of PT. Dirga Cahya Abadi Anugrah.
Anggie said, as he is familiarly called, that increasing the capacity and quality of a nation can be achieved through superior human resources, and it is a joint task in creating a strong nation and a prosperous country.
“Through superior, resilient and quality human resources both physically and mentally will have a positive impact not only on improving the competitiveness and independence of the nation, but also in supporting national development,” Anggie told strategy.co.id on Saturday (23 / 06/2018).
To achieve this, said Anggie, there are several things that are a priority in human resource development, including the existence of a good and quality education system. That is, education must be truly prepared and relevant to the needs of the community and the world of work.
“In this regard, the Government plays an important role in preparing strategic programs to produce quality human resources and are ready to enter the labor market. Human resources are creative, innovative and highly competitive, “he said.
As a professional in HR development for more than 10 years, Anggie realizes that education, good quality human resources is a future investment.
Anggie hopes that Indonesia will become a barometer of world superior human resources someday. Indonesia will be respected because of the ability of the nation’s children in various sectors.
To achieve this, in addition to the need for quality education, it must also be accompanied by high discipline and dedication.
“Discipline ensures all rules, policies and agreements are carried out full of dedication and high motivation. “Discipline prioritizes principle rigor, the use of the best standards and adequate accountability,” he concluded.
